Novatel Wireless First
Touchscreen Mobile
|
the first mobile hotspot with a touchscreen
display and the most feature rich mobile hotspot in the market. In a press
release from AT&T earlier today, the MiFi Liberate was introduced — marking
the upcoming launch of the first MiFi 2 next generation device from Novatel
Wireless in the near future. MiFi 2 introduces an entirely new user interface
based on a 2.8″ multi-touch interactive color display, letting users control
the MiFi
device with the touch of a finger. It has a beautiful design, which
features a minimalist style and a vibrant color screen.
MiFi 2 brings a new set of features and services which
redefines how users interact and use their mobile hotspots. For example, with
one
touch, a user can get an account summary of their data plan, including their current data usage and international roaming usage. MiFi 2 also has a new DLNA-certified Media Center which allows users to enjoy and share their movies, music, presentations and photos stored on microSD cards on connected devices. A user can simply upload photos from their camera to MiFi 2 using a microSD card and start showing them on any DLNA-enabled television or compatible devices. For business users, MiFi 2 has a simple process to upload and stored files from any connected device. MiFi 2 also allows a user to manage connected devices to the user’s needs and desires, allowing connection and blocking of remote devices.
