Go to settings>>wireless networks>>click more>>mobile networks>>Access point name(APN)
Now click the button left to home button and an option will come to add new apn,click it
Now the phone will show a new apn settings and we need to edit it.

First option will ‘Name’.Select it and give it as ‘bsnl”

• Second is  APN, give it as ‘bsnlnet‘. If it does not not work give APN as ‘bsnlwap‘
• Now edit MCC  to 404,MNC – 72,
• Auth type -PAP

• Keep all other settings as default,no need to change it.

• Now click the left button again and click save
